Clear Water Pond Barley Flakes clean ponds and help keep them clear by reducing particles and odors. Barley extracts are very concentrated and work well, but, they have to be applied regularly. Barley Bales do a great job at keeping ponds clear too but they can be messy and unsightly. Barley Flakes can be placed anywhere underwater in the Pond, Stream, Waterfall, Skimmer, or Pond Filter. For best results, balance the pH, use with a Phosphate remover and a beneficial bacteria.
