Laguna Pond Heater
Pond fish need gas exchange in winter months. Waterfalls left running in winter may not provide adequate oxygen exchange during winter months when ice covers most of the pond surface. Pond heaters allow for a hole in the ice, in some cases half the pond surface may be kept open by the pond heater, to allow for spent air to escape and fresh air to enter.
