Selecting the properly sized Pond Hose Barb is the first step in hooking up your pond hose to a pond pump, pond filter, pond UV, or pond spitter. Select the proper pond hose barb, then select a female coupling that fits the hose barb, and if necessary, use a reducer bushing to that fits the piece of pond equipment and female coupling.
