BioPROs are Biological Filters, however due to the Bio-Cell remaining stationary inside the Filter during filtering, solid waste capture will be achieved.
As a result of the Bio Cell’s neutral buoyancy the media bed expands upward during backwashing, releasing the solid waste. This neutral buoyancy characteristic of the Bio-Cell Media eliminates the need for blowers!
