Never use an Algaecide and Beneficial Bacteria in the same day!
Oxygen levels of the Pond Water tend to be lower during the hotter months and the dying algae will temporarily reduce them even further. Beneficial Bacteria need oxygen to do their work. The result can be a temporary oxygen shortage that can kill the pond fish!
Better: Use these products 3 days apart and only in the morning or evening while temperatures are lower.
