Slime Coat for Pond Fish and Beneficial Bacteria for the Pond

Your Pond Fish have a Coat! It is called a 'Slime Coat'!

This coat is especially important in the Winter, because it protects the Pond Fish like Koi and Goldfish from disease causing organisms and parasites!
The slime coat can be damaged by rubbing against plants and rocks, bad water quality and various other causes.
How can this coat be mended?

Pets for Pond Fish?

Well, sort of....'Beneficial Bacteria' can be called 'Pets for your Fish' because they contribute so much to the health and well-being of not only the FIsh, but also the Pond.

In our trade, we loving call them "Bugs" because they are small and - in ideal conditions - they multiply like crazy!
There are many different formulations available, aside from powder, solid block and liquid forms there are formulation that are especially helpful for fish health, or plant health or - most important right now....those that can still do the job of cleaning the Pond and keeping the Fish healthy in cold water temperatures.
