We will issue a credit or refund.
Items must be in "new" condition (including the packaging).
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

(Examples: Liner, Tubing, non-stock special order equipment).

Warranty Service!
We service what we sell! Our customer service crew will
help with your warranty. Call us for a return authorization and
we will handle the exchange/repair!
Note: Shipping charges for warranties cannot be paid by

Our warehouses are stocked! We are a REAL business with
a retail facility (come visit us), fully stocked warehouses and
the customer service, technical and shipping departments to
take care of you and and your order.
We strive to ship every order within 24 hours, even during the
busy season most orders ship within 48 hours.
We ship via UPS in the continental USA and via UPS or USPS
to Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico and other
international locations.
Please note that upgraded shipping (second day, over-night, etc)
refers to the service of the carrier, not order processing.
Please be sure to call early in the day if placing an order that needs
special consideration for order processing.
* Substitutions: To make sure you get your order as fast as possible we may, on rare occasions,
substitute one consumable (water treatments, fish food, etc) for another if an item is out of stock.
We ALWAYS make sure what you get is of equal or greater value than the item ordered).

still provides full customer service, warranty service and technical

Secure ordering!
Our servers transmit your data using the latest in data encryption
technology (SSL). We do not share, sell or otherwise disclose customer
information.
However, you are welcome to place your order "offline" and fax or call
us with payment information. Please do not send credit card information via email!
**Please note: Unjustified charge-backs through your credit card company involve fees paid by us and raise the cost of product for all customers.
If the credit card company determines that the charge to your card that you questioned through them was indeed justified you will be charged the fees incurred by this merchant.
The minimum fee is $ 15 and increases with each time the original charge and any additional charges for fees are questioned.
