Products sold in our store, online store, and catalogs are covered by manufacturers warranties.
Local Store Customers: contact the store for warranty claims. For the fastest service contact us online, or, call 314-894-2894. A copy of the receipt is necessary for all warranty claims.
Online Customers: For the fastest service contact us online, or, call 314-894-2894. All online returns need a Return Authorization Number, which can easily be obtained quickly by contacting us online.
If an item was damaged during shipping, please try and note it as damaged by the carrier and contact us to quickly resolve the problem.
Purchases can be returned if the product is not what is expected at time of receipt, but please note the following conditions:
Returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and the product MUST be in it’s original container, unused and in sale-able condition, as well as accompanied by the original receipt.
Later returns may be accepted under certain conditions (please call first), but will incur a 20% restocking fee (unless noted otherwise on individual product).
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
**Please note: Unjustified charge-backs through your credit card company involve fees paid by us and raise the cost of product for all customers. If the credit card company determines that the charge to your card that you questioned through them was indeed justified you will be charged the fees incurred by this merchant. The minimum fee is $ 15 and increases with each time the original charge and any additional charges for fees are questioned. Special Order Items
Special order items may incur a larger restocking fee as indicated in our online catalog. Custom cut items such as tubing, liners, etc. cannot be returned!
