>>>> Spring Pond Problems
The latest cold snap, which was felt
across most of the nation, caused
a few problems in some ponds. Ponds
had started to thaw and come to life
in all but the most northern areas
and then the process was interrupted.
String Algae started sprouting and
some Pond Fish got sick, mostly due
to bacteria depletion.
Now
that the weather is warming up again,
it may be necessary to help things
a little by adding extra beneficial
bacteria, such as Microbe-Lift PL.
Algae Off will take care of ugly String
Algae and clean the rocks. Both
can be found here.
Our
