Our aim at PondMarket is the total satisfaction of our customers.
Please read the following notes about merchandise returns. Thank you!
Products sold in our store and catalogs are covered by manufacturers
warranties.
Retail Store Customers
Local customers should contact the store for
warranty claims; Customers in the St. Louis area can obtain warranty service
at our pond store.
The mail-order customers should contact
our Customer Service Department at 314-894-2894
to obtain a return authorization.
A copy of the receipt is necessary for all warranty
claims.
All returns need
a Return Authorization Number, which can
easily be obtained by either calling us
at 314-894-2894 or emailing us using the
form below.

Mail Order Customers
If an item was damaged during shipping, it is
necessary that a claim be filed by the recipient
with the shipper (in most cases UPS) immediately
upon receipt by you.
Returning Merchandise
Purchases
can be returned if the product is not what is expected at time of receipt,
but please note the following conditions:
Returns for any reason other than manufacturing
defects MUST be made within 14 days of receipt
of merchandise and the product MUST be in it's
original container, unused and in saleable condition,
as well as accompanied by the original receipt!
Later returns may be accepted under certain conditions
(please call first), but will incur a 20% restocking
fee (unless noted otherwise on individual product).
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Special Order Items
Special order items may incur a larger restocking
fee as indicated in our online
catalog. Custom cut items
such as tubing, liners, etc. cannot be returned!
