It’s a good idea to take the Atlantic Water Gardens Gate Keeper off of the skimmer box during fall months if there are a lot of deciduous trees in the immediate area. While the Atlantic Water Gardens Gate Keeper Fish Protector is designed to allow leaves to pass through, extreme leaf dropping could clog the Gate Keeper.
