Increase waterfall flow

Question:

I have a Waterless Pond with a 3500 pump – the waterfall is VERY slow, trickles what would cause this? It is twice the size pump that I need per measurements, I just cannot increase the flow, could a rock be on the hose blocking flow?

Answer:

When you say Waterless Pond I’m assuming that you mean Pond Less Waterfall.

Have you tried filling your pond less waterfall up since this started to happen? Over time it is common to lose water through splash or evaporation especially since your pump is twice the recommended size.

The pump could be partially clogged in some way. Any kind of blockage could slow down the flow of your waterfall.

Have any areas around the Pond Less Waterfall been wet or damp? You might have a leak.

Put these possibilities into consideration and experiment a bit.
Check the amount of water by filling it up, check your pump to see if it’s clogged, check your hose lines to ensure they are not being smashed by rocks, and check for a leak by observing the ground around your Pond Less Waterfall.
